OF LITTLE GADDESDEN PARISH COUNCIL WHICH WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE VILLAGE HALL
on MONDAY 18th DECEMBER 2017 at 8.00pm
ALL MEMBERS OF THE PARISH AND PRESS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND
Agenda
1. FORMALITIES
(i) To receive and accept apologies for absence and signing of the Attendance Book.
(ii) Declarations of interest and dispensations
To receive declarations of interest from Councillors on items on the agenda
To receive written requests for dispensations for declarable interests
To grant any requests for dispensations as appropriate
(iii) Minutes. To confirm as a true and accurate record the minutes of Little Gaddesden Parish Council meeting held on 20th November, 2017
2. OPEN SESSION FOR MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC
The Parish Council welcomes attendance of the public. Anyone who wishes to speak will be invited to do so at the beginning of the meeting in accordance with the policy on ‘Public Participation at Parish Meetings’ (available on the web site). Please could members of the public contributing to this section identify themselves to the Chairman. If possible please give advance notice of your query to the Clerk so that the Clerk can circulate to the Councillors ahead of the meeting.

(a) To receive a report from Hertfordshire Constabulary – PCSO if attending, otherwise Clerk
(b) Village Hall Improvements Sub Committee report – Cllr. Irving
(c) Christmas Lights Funding – Cllr Archer
(d) Local Plan consultation Deadline 13th December, and Brownfield register – Cllr. Archer
(e) Marion Alford Tree felling application and replanting proposal – Clerk
(f) Holly planting on land opposite the shop – Clerk
(g) Town and Parish Council Conference – Clerk
(h) Request for funds from the VHMC – Cllr. Irving
(i) Request for funds from the pre-school – Cllr. Irving
(j) HAPTC renewal – Cllr Archer
(k) Precept setting – Cllr. Hargreaves
(l) Consent for parking on the Green – Cllr. Archer
(m) Hudnall Field Centre and Cuffley Camp – Cllr. Irving/HCC and DBC Cllr.Terry Douris

4. ADMINISTRATION

(i) Correspondence - To receive a summary of correspondence that requires action, and that is not already covered in the agenda
(ii) Finance –
a) To approve the schedule of payments and sign cheques accordingly
b) To approve a report on expenditure (April 1st 2017 to end of November 2017)
(iii) Planning – To note the Planning Working Group‘s recommendations and agree wording of the consultation responses to DBC. See the Planning schedule (to be presented at the meeting).

5. Councillor update / agenda items for next meeting - Items raised are for discussion only, no resolutions can be made on items that did not form part of the agenda but new matters can by agreement of the Council be added to the agenda of the next Parish meeting

Clerk – Petty cash – £21.82 tel calls, Cllr. Archer £137.76 A3 printer for planning drawings
HAPTC Councillor Training course £40 no vat
Ashridge Developments - £306.64 ex vat Tree lights and materials
G. A. Rogers Tree cost £300 + vat (NB Already reimbursed by Dacorum BC)
